The team at Norlang Auto provided top notch service for our new to us Mazda. We brought a 2004 Mazda 3 in for an inspection. Jordan was clear and communicative during the couple days they had it regarding the progress. Jeff is a top notch A+ mechanic who was thorough in his inspection. The repairs completed made the car feel like new! What made them stand out was the way they outlined all the deficiencies they found in the car in a tier like fashion. Not everything was made out as a need to repair now push. They let me make the decision and outlined which items were a safety concern to be most prudent. Don't hesitate, these guys will take care of you and your vehicle!

A very detailed maintenance review came across a number of issues which were prioritized and supported by pictures of the problems. Communication was prompt with a detailed, pictured report emailed to me for review, followed up with a call and discussion to somewhat control costs. My Xterra needed to be kept a few days, in a secure environment, with loaners available if desired. Jen was a very professional advisor who represented their business well as the key customer link for business. I’ll have my BMW roadster in soon.

Each time I have brought my car to Norlang I have been met with professionalism and kindness. It’s the reason I will continue to go back. I had my car towed there on Sunday and within 5 minutes of them opening Monday morning I was on the phone and reassured that they would fit my car into their already busy schedule. They were great with communication and explaining everything to me.

Aside from my Audi dealer, Eurofix (Norlang Auto) is the only mechanic that I would trust with my Audi. Their work is top quality and have saved me thousands is repairs compared to the Audi dealership mechanics.

I’ve been bringing my various vehicles to Norlang for 25 years and have rarely been disappointed. There have been times when they’ve needed to diagnose something unusual and they’ve come through. I fully trust them to be fair and fix the issue I’ve brought to them. They probably aren’t the absolute cheapest place around but they are reasonable and, more importantly, reliable. Hit and miss, it depends on who you dealing with at the desk. If you have a cheap vehicle to fix, go somewhere else. Don't assume that your car will be done on time/ set appointment for oil change, that takes one hour or less, be prepared to wait some time longer than that,, hit and miss.

I had a wonderful experience at Norlang! It was my first time here servicing my Jeep and the customer service was exceptional. Matt explained everything that was going on with my vehicle very throughly, I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed with any extra services and my vehicle was returned to me in good working order within my time restraint! We had such a great experience this last week with Norlang Auto, not only did they go above and beyond to get us a courtesy car prior to our vehicle being looked at they were professional and kept us up to date through the entire process.No one like repairs right at Christmas but they made it seamless.We have dealt with repair shops in the past and always felt taken advantage of and like we were being given the run around. This was the complete opposite, we left feeling like we were well taken care of.Thanks to Jordan and Sylvan for such a positive experience!

My Jeep’s back latch was broken. Norlang did everything to repair but it ended up having to be replaced. I asked for the engine to be tuned, a V8 Hemi, & it purrs like a kitten!

Have had the pleasure of dealing with Norlang a few times recently. Friendly staff explained and solved the cause of my check engine light as well as offered a very competitive rate for walnut blasting my valves which I requested for my direct injection engine. A courtesy car was provided as well which was very helpful. They also bailed me out in a separate visit after suffering a broken engine mount on a raised manhole cover on a fridat afternoon. they were able to look at the car, order, and install the replacement part within in just over an hour of me arriving and got me out of their before they closed. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. thanks.

I had a great experience at Norlang!! I had an emergency issue with my car and even though they were very busy they took me in immediately and helped fix the issue. I felt that they were very honest and everyone was very kind and understanding. It was very refreshing as a woman to feel like i wasn’t cheated or lied to as I have had many bad experiences at other mechanics that have not treated me fairly or tried to scam me. I live quite far from Norlang Auto, but I would totally come back for other issues with my car. Thank you so much Norlang!! And thank you Jen for being so understanding:)

A fantastic experience at norlang auto repair in Langley!First and foremost the staff at norlang were incredibly respectful and attentive. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I brought my Audi Q5 here multiple of times and even after several of visits my check engine light remained on. I wasn’t satisfied to say the least and shared my thoughts with Norlang. I was taken aback that another service consultant (Devon) at Norlang immediately reached out and genuinely expressed that he wanted to make the situation better. I was hesitant to bring my vehicle back to leave again with my check engine light on but he reassured me he will do what it takes to earn my trust. I am glad I gave Norlang another chance because not only did my check engine light turn off but Devon asked his mechanic (Keith) to thoroughly explain the situation of the car, what was repaired and even pointed out other parts of the car that may need attention in the future. Keith was a very trustworthy mechanic and made it easy to understand what was going on with my car. Both Devon’s professional and exceptional customer service and Keith’s attention to detail and genuine demeanor has fully restored my faith in using Norlang for future maintenance. The people here were really helpful and supportive. I was extremely stressed after my car had overheated and they did their best to help me find a rental and get home, even with it being a long weekend. After another unfortunate incident, they were helpful again in fixing it right away. The customer service was great.

Euro fix European/Norland serviced our 2016 Mercedes for the first time Aug 11 2023.Took us in on short notice and did everything requested within a few hours.There was some paint damages noticed afterwards which was quickly dealth with in a proffessional manner.We'll be back.

My car had a dead battery. So I contacted the service department and the manager was able to fit me right away to replace it. I was in and out very quickly.
I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the kind employees!
Definitely made a big difference as a customer. I will absolutely return there again for any issues with my car ☺️

I wanted to check the tread on my summer tires that were stored at Norlang. Things got complicated when there was a snowstorm. Some staff couldn’t make it to work and they couldn’t access the tire storage area because of all the snow. Once things were back to normal I got the info I needed and decided to buy snow tires. I booked an appointment on the day that I wanted and the service was stellar. They even vacuumed and washed my car! Many thanks to Matt and all the crew! See you in April for the summer changeover.
