I just wanted to take a second to give you some feedback per your email.
This is the third time in the past year I have had my vehicle in to be serviced by your company, and obviously this time with such a high price tag with the work I was to have done I had some decisions to make if my car was worth putting this amount of money into it. I thought long and hard and weighed the pros and cons and decided it was indeed worth having the work done. I have been very happy with the service up to date and was happy with the time my vehicle was worked on and serviced by your company again. The two gentleman and the from desk have been very!!! polite and very!! professional each and every time I been there in person or spoke to them over the phone Mark especially I have enjoyed his patience when describing what was needed and never did he pressure me into doing anything!
I am now dropping off my car tomorrow to have her totally repainted because I believe she is worth it! So to you and your staff I say thank you for your great work and for your professional attitudes and awesome customer service!!

Amazing service, I went out to my truck and had a flat tire on Easter Monday, called and they said they could patch it quickly for me. When I got there it got even better, they were able to order me new tires and have them on my vehicle by the end of the business day. Talk about eliminating stress quickly!!!

I have found Norlang Auto to be very helpful in keeping my vehicle running. Mark and Raj have been great in helping and explaining what needs to be done and why. I thank them for that. I also thank you for giving me a vehicle to use while mine is being fixed. Much appreciated. The only problem is that I have had to spend too much money on my car this year. However, that is my problem not yours! LOL.

The CR-V was just in for its 55k mile service. Everything checked out except the battery and the air filter, both of which you guys replaced.
